Abstract
Results of computational investigation of electromagnetic, heat and internally mechanical (deformation) processes during induction heating of ferromagnetic details, connected with tension are presented. These investigations were conducted on the basis of proposed earlier mathematical model as an example of induction heating, that is necessary for dismounting of bandage from the wheel of a train car. For performing of such dismounting process it is proposed to apply induction electromagnetic system that looks like round inductor with magnetic conductor, that powered by current of increased frequency. Electromagnetic parameters and technical characteristics of such system depending on frequency of power supply have been determined. References 4, figures 7, table.
