Анотація
У роботі запропоновано та науково обґрунтовано концепцію смарт-контракту для організації комерційної взаємодії учасників локального децентралізованого ринку електричної енергії. Концепція передбачає застосування технології блокчейн для автоматизації виконання торгових операцій, впровадження внутрішніх розрахункових одиниць (токенів) для обліку скомпенсованих обсягів електричної енергії та забезпечення прозорого механізму розподілу витрат і вигоди через функції агрегатора як сторони, відповідальної за баланс. Особливістю підходу є застосування стабільної (фіксованої) ціни смарт-контракту для ізоляції базових скомпенсованих обсягів від зовнішньої ринкової волатильності. Проведено імітаційне моделювання добового кейсу на основі реальних цінових індикаторів ринку «на добу наперед» (РДН) та тарифів постачальника універсальних послуг України станом на травень 2026 року. Експериментально доведено Парето-ефективність запропонованого підходу: в умовах низьких денних цін зовнішнього ринку внутрішній кліринг за ціною смарт-контракту 5 грн/кВт·год дозволив збільшити дохід розподіленої генерації на 262% при одночасному зниженні витрат споживачів на 34,26%. На основі отриманих результатів сформовано базові вимоги до перспективних адаптивних алгоритмів ціноутворення блокчейн-платформи. Бібл. 30, рис. 8, таблиця.
