Abstract

The processes in a second degree circuit at the pulse dc buck converter are analyzed. The influence of the nonlinearity of the functions of converter’s variable states on the calculations accuracy is investigated using the averaging method of model in state space. It is determined that the nature of processes in the second degree circuit in a wide range of parameters of the circuit elements, with the assumptions made, does not cause a calculation error of more than 5.5 % in comparison with the simulation methods. It is shown that the replacement of a capacitor in second degree circuit by the constant emf source reduces the number of equations and unknown variables of the averaged system, which simplifies its solution and the application of the averaging method as a whole.
